Sharpen The Key Of Tomorrow For They Are Our Future Heroes

Coronavirus or the so-called Covid 19 pandemic brought great challenges globally in many ways. Economic shutdown, a high number of displaced workers, and even school was interrupted and had to stop to at least halt the spreading of the said virus. Department of Health implements strict health protocols like washing of hands, wearing of face masks and face shields, and maintaining a one-meter distance.

Due to our current situation, the Department of Education (DepEd) implemented modular distance learning as the new normal of learning. They make sure that all the learners will not be left behind. But low-income families and displaced worker parents of learners were greatly affected by this new normal of learning modality. They hardly cannot afford laptops, cellphones, and even the internet. Thus teachers and learners must have open communication and understanding regarding everyone’s situation. Though access to education in today’s current situation is hard and tough, we must embrace it. It is indeed a great responsibility but we must continue sharpening our learners for they are the futures hero. We must not stop them from learning, for education is a good investment. It is the key to unlock the door for a brighter future. We just need to work for it and strive harder. Learners must set their goals and dream big for they have reason to continue learning.

Amidst our current situation, we must unite, and fight as one. We can defeat covid-19 as we will win as one. We just, need to pray, hope and have faith on God and I know we can conquer this battle. Just continue sharpening the key of tomorrow for they are our futures hero.
